Refund/Exchange Policy
We want to ensure that every customer receives a brand new item, due to the recent pandemic. For these reasons we DO NOT allow REFUNDS all sales are FINAL. The health of our customers and staff are very important over anything, and we want to do our part to help you all remain safe and healthy.
If sizing isn’t correct we will offer exchange within 7 days from post marked delivery! If you need help with sizing please email: support@siaabby.com.

Please contact support@siaabby.com about returning your items for EXCHANGE. Once the request is received, you will be given a return address to ship your item to. The customer is solely responsible for their own return shipment postage. We will pay for return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).
Please allow 7-10 days after items has been delivered to process your store credit or exchange if applicable. In order to honor any exchanges or store credit, all returned items MUST be in new conditions with all tags attached. If the item is NOT returned in new condition, your credit will NOT be issued.

NO VISIBLE MAKEUP OR DEODORANT ON ITEMS

Lingerie
Visibly Worn items
